The Situation
Each month larger inventories needed write off with no good explanation. Additionally, wanted help finding opportunities to improve time spent on non-value activities.
The Challenge
- Very manual processes to communicate and record inventories.
- Not all steps being recorded.
- Unclear ownership of various stages in the process.

- Identified root causes and implemented new processes
- Established SOP and provided training to all necessary personnel
- Implemented system driven process of communication and inventory entry
